Mar 25, 2025
The Grounded in Ag Wheat Course, like other crop courses, builds on the materials from Ag 101 and Focus on Crops by working through content with expert on this key grain. We look at the various types of wheat, production topics in different regions as well as look toward the crops use by mills, bakers and others as it comes to our plates. This course results in a depth of understanding and critical thinking that will come in handy working with customers and colleagues.
